Las Vegas is a city that rumbles with excitement and activity year-round, but early November brings an extra boost of exhilaration as the annual SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) tradeshow comes to the Las Vegas Convention Center.  SEMA is the 2nd largest convention that the city hosts as it covers over one million square feet of floor space and helps match over 60,000 US and international buyers to new products, trends and industry information in an environment that displays a plethora of wildly hopped up cars and trucks.

The rabid car culture and aftermarket industry is a great place to showcase and market brands and their products in the highly visible and hyped atmosphere that SEMA is known for.  Blue C collaborated with Red Kap to help solidify their place within the car culture segment and promote Red Kap’s ZeroSkratch Workwear Collection through a series of unique activations at the show.  The Red Kap booth located outside the convention center featured a ZeroSkratch custom vehicle wrap designed by Blue C and was on display all week long and hundreds of attendees gathered each day to receive a customized silk screened t-shirt. Inside the convention center, Red Kap’s booth featured appearances by Baja 1000 Champion BJ Baldwin and RCR Racing driver Ty Dillon creating a massive crowd as they signed custom t-shirts for fans.

Through demos from the Red Kap team, the ZeroSkratch Workwear proved to be a hit to the numerous builders and hands-on car enthusiasts who appreciated the designs that prevent scratches and damage to cars while working.  Daily promotions also included pinstriping services by Kustoms, Inc. and a daily drawing for one winner to receive a full set of Red Kap workwear for their shop or business.

The attention and engagement that Red Kap and their products received was massive and Blue C was happy to be a part of this successful effort.
