In addition to the development of advertising, collateral, broadcast and various other advertising executions for the restaurant, the award-winning agency also will develop forward-thinking interactive and social media campaigns to even further bolster the celebrated Hussong’s name. The campaigns will target Las Vegas local nightlife as well as feeder markets including Southern California.
Blue C Advertising will work in conjunction with Titan Nightlife Group, developers of nightlife entertainment and restaurant concepts, to recreate the legendary dining destination for locals and visitors to enjoy. Set to open the first quarter of 2010, the 3,700-square-foot Hussong’s Cantina & Taquerilla – Las Vegas will be located at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place.

Located 50 miles south of Tijuana, Mexico, in Ensenada, the original Hussong’s Cantina is a rite of passage for those traveling south of the border to embark on the “real” Mexican cantina experience. Originally founded in 1892 by John Hussong, the cantina is best known as the originator of “The Margarita” drink. Currently owned by Ricardo Hussong, the grandson of the founder, Hussong’s maintains the tradition of serving consistently great drinks, using top-quality liquor and charging reasonable prices. The laid-back, friendly, casual atmosphere of the original Hussong’s Cantina in Ensenada has been replicated at the new Hussong’s Cantina – Las Vegas.
